At LUNA, we bring over 14 years of remote wilderness guiding experience together with a strong respect for our natural environment; providing a truly unique and intimate tripping experience for each individual client we serve. Each trip is coupled with the promotion of self sufficiency, confidence, and respect for our natural world. Our southern Ontario base, selection of wilderness tripping equipment, and the meals we outfit our clients with, are true testament to our vision. With 90% of our infrastructure being portable yurts powered by renewable resources and a strong buy local philosophy; LUNA has a very small footprint on its surrounding environment, truly practicing what we teach.

We're pleased to offer the position of Contract Wilderness Guide for the 2017 canoe tripping season. The successful candidates MUST have experience working and facilitating in the outdoor industry. Our guided trips range in length from a casual 3 day Algonquin, to an intensive 21 day whitewater expedition. Our clientele are keen adventurers where many have spent years traveling in remote settings with our organization. It's a true testament to the quality of our staff and our organizations that a large percentage of our clientele are either referred or are returning campers. The age of our trippers on our youth and summer camps range from 11 to 17 years of age. We also offer a variety of school, adult and family trips for the adventurous spirit.
